mene yamasahasrāṇi sṛṣṭāni yamamāyayā nigrāhya grasanaḥ senāṃ visṛjannastravṛṣṭayaḥ //

ယမ၏ မာယာတန်ခိုးဖြင့် ဖန်ဆင်းထားသော ယမများ ထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာကို သူမြင်သိ၏။ ထိုတို့ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ကာ “စားမြိုသူ” ဂရသနသည် အက်စတြာများကို ဆက်တိုက်လွှတ်၍ လက်နက်မိုးရွာသကဲ့သို့ စစ်တပ်ကို ဖုံးလွှမ်းနှိမ်နင်း၏။
