अनुद्धृतैरुद्धृतैर्वा जलैः स्नानं समाचरेत् तीर्थं च कल्पयेद्विद्वान् मूलमन्त्रेण मन्त्रवित् नमो नारायणायेति मूलमन्त्र उदाहृतः //
anuddhṛtairuddhṛtairvā jalaiḥ snānaṃ samācaret tīrthaṃ ca kalpayedvidvān mūlamantreṇa mantravit namo nārāyaṇāyeti mūlamantra udāhṛtaḥ //
မဆွဲယူထားသော ရေ (သဘာဝရေ) သို့မဟုတ် ဆွဲယူစုဆောင်းထားသော ရေဖြင့်လည်း စည်းကမ်းတကျ ရေချိုးပူဇော်ရမည်။ မန္တရကို ကျွမ်းကျင်သိမြင်သူ ပညာရှိသည် မူလမန္တရ (mūla-mantra) ဖြင့် သန့်ရှင်းသည့် တီရ္ထ (tīrtha) ကိုလည်း ထုံးတမ်းအရ တည်ဆောက်ရမည်။ မူလမန္တရမှာ «နမော နာရာယဏာယ» ဟု ကြေညာထားသည်။
