चरन्तु देशान् संवीता: स्फीताञज्जनपदाकुलान् । तत्र गोष्ठीषु रम्यासु सिद्धप्रत्रजितेषु च
carantu deśān saṃvītāḥ sphītāñ janapadākulān | tatra goṣṭhīṣu ramyāsu siddhapratrājiteṣu ca ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်—«သူတို့သည် အဝတ်အစားအပြင်အဆင်ဖြင့် ကောင်းစွာဖုံးကွယ်၍ စည်ပင်ချမ်းသာသော မြို့ရွာများနှင့် လူစုလူဝေးများပြည့်နှက်သည့် ဒေသများကို လှည့်လည်ကြစေ။ ထိုနေရာများတွင် ပျော်ရွှင်ဖွယ် အစည်းအဝေးများ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ သီလသမာဓိပြည့်စုံသော ရဟန်းတော်များနှင့် တပသီများ သွားလာကာ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်သည့် နေရာများ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ သေချာသိမြင်စွာ မေးမြန်းစုံစမ်းကြစေ»။
