अगस्त्यस्य वित्तयाचनं तथा इल्वलोपभिक्षणनिर्णयः

यौवनस्थामपि च तां शीलाचारसमन्विताम् | न वव्रे पुरुष: कश्चिद् भयात् तस्य महात्मन:,यद्यपि वह युवती और शील एवं सदाचारसे सम्पन्न थी तो भी महात्मा अगस्त्यके भयसे किसी राजकुमारने उसका वरण नहीं किया
yauvanasthām api ca tāṁ śīlācārasamanvitām | na vavre puruṣaḥ kaścid bhayāt tasya mahātmanaḥ ||
သူမသည် အရွယ်ပျိုနုပျိုစဉ်ကာလ၌ပင် သီလနှင့် အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်သော်လည်း မဟာစိတ်ရှိသော ရှင်အဂတ်စျတျ (Agastya) ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ကြသဖြင့် မည်သူမျှ သူမကို လက်ထပ်ရန် မရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ကြ။
