दमयन्ती-शपथः वायोः साक्ष्यं च
Damayantī’s Oath and Vāyu’s Testimony
दमयन्त्यै तत: प्रादात् केशिनी कुरुनन्दन । सो चिता नलसिद्धस्य मांसस्य बहुश: पुरा,कुरुनन्दन! केशिनीने वह फलोंका गूदा दमयन्तीको दे दिया। उसे पहले अनेक बार नलके द्वारा उबाले हुए फलोंके गूदेके स्वादका अनुभव था
damayantyai tataḥ prādāt keśinī kurunandana | so citā nalasiddhasya māṁsasya bahuśaḥ purā ||
ဗြဟဒဿဝ မိန့်တော်မူသည်—ထို့နောက် ကေရှိနီသည် ဒမယန္တီထံသို့ ထိုအရာကို ပေးအပ်하였다၊ ကုရုတို့အနက် အမြတ်ဆုံးသူရေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ နာလ၏ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုဖြင့် ချက်ပြုတ်ထားသော အသီးပျစ်ပျစ်၏ အရသာကို သူမသည် ယခင်က အကြိမ်ကြိမ် မြည်းစမ်းဖူးပြီးသားဖြစ်၍ ထိုအရသာကို များစွာကတည်းက သိနှင့်နေခဲ့သည်။ (ထို့ကြောင့် အကျွမ်းတဝင် အရသာကြောင့် ဒမယန္တီသည် နာလ၏ လက်ရာကို ခွဲခြားသိမြင်ကာ အမှန်တရားသို့ နီးကပ်သွားနိုင်သည်။)
