tasya tat sarvam ācakhyau sītāyā lakṣmaṇo vacaḥ | yad uktavaty asadṛśaṃ vaidehī paścimaṃ vacaḥ ||
ထို့နောက် လက္ခမဏာသည် စီတာပြောခဲ့သမျှကို ရာမအား အကုန်လုံး ပြန်လည်ပြောပြ၏—အထူးသဖြင့် ဝိဒေဟီ၏ နောက်ဆုံးစကားများ၊ မသင့်လျော်သကဲ့သို့ စွပ်စွဲသံပါသော စကားများကိုပင် ဖြစ်၏။
मार्कण्डेय उवाच
The verse underscores the ethical weight of speech: in distress one may utter words that are 'asadṛśa' (unbecoming), and such speech—especially accusatory or improper—becomes significant enough to be reported and judged within a dharma framework.
Mārkaṇḍeya narrates that Lakṣmaṇa recounts to Rāma everything Sītā said, emphasizing her final, improper and reproachful remarks—setting the emotional and moral tension of the episode.
