तैः सड़म्य नृपार्थाय यतितव्यं यथातथम्‌ | जो मनुष्य सेनाजीवी हैं अथवा राजाके राज्यमें निवास करते हैं, उन सबको मिलकर अपने राजाके हितके लिये यथोचित प्रयत्न करना चाहिये

taiḥ sāḍamya nṛpārthāya yatitavyaṃ yathātatham |

ကာဏ္ဏက ပြောသည်– «သူတို့နှင့်အတူ အခြေအနေအလိုက် သင့်လျော်သကဲ့သို့ ဘုရင်၏အကျိုးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းရမည်။ တပ်မတော်ကို အားထား၍ အသက်မွေးသူတို့၊ သို့မဟုတ် ဘုရင်၏နိုင်ငံအတွင်း နေထိုင်သူတို့ အားလုံးသည် စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်ကာ မိမိအရှင်၏ကောင်းကျိုးအတွက် သင့်တော်သော အားထုတ်မှုကို ပြုရမည်»။
