प्राय: प्रधाना: पुरुषा: क्षोभयन्त्यरिवाहिनीम्‌

prāyaḥ pradhānāḥ puruṣāḥ kṣobhayanty arivāhinīm

ကර්ဏက ပြောသည်။ «အများအားဖြင့် အဓိကပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ—အာဏာစွမ်းနှင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ခိုင်မာသူများ—ကပင် ရန်သူတပ်မကို ရှုပ်ထွေးပျက်ပြားစေတတ်သည်» ဟု။
