Brāhmaṇas Follow into Exile and Śaunaka’s Instruction
शिक्षोदरकृते<प्राज्ञ: करोति विघसं बहु | मोहरागवशाक्रान्त इन्द्रियार्थवशानुग:,अज्ञानी मनुष्य अपनी जननेन्द्रिय तथा उदरकी तृप्तिके लिये मोह एवं रागके वशीभूत हो विषयोंका अनुसरण करता हुआ नाना प्रकारकी विषय-सामग्रीको यज्ञावशेष मानकर उसका संग्रह करता है
śikṣodarākṛte prājñaḥ karoti vighasaṃ bahu | moharāgavaśākrānta indriyārthavaśānugaḥ ||
မောဟနှင့် ရာဂတို့ကြောင့် ဖိနှိပ်ခံရသော အဝိဇ္ဇာရှိသူသည်—အာရုံဝတ္ထုတို့၏ ဆွဲငင်မှုအောက်၌ ကျွန်ခံလျက်—အာသာရသာများကို များစွာ စုဆောင်းကာ၊ ယဇ္ဉ၏ ကျန်ကြွင်းအစာ ‘ဝိဃသ’ (vighasa) ဟန်ဆောင်သကဲ့သို့ သဘောထား၍ မိမိ၏ အာရုံနှင့် ဝမ်းဗိုက်ကိုသာ ဖြည့်တင်းရန် ပြုလုပ်သည်။
