कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

यर्थर्तुवर्षी भगवान् न तथा पाकशासन: । न चापि सर्वबीजानि सम्यगू रोहन्ति भारत,भगवान् इन्द्र भी ठीक वर्षाऋतुके समय जलकी वर्षा नहीं करेंगे। भारत! भूमिमें बोये हुए सभी बीज ठीकसे नहीं जमेंगे
yathā ṛtuvarṣī bhagavān na tathā pākaśāsanaḥ | na cāpi sarvabījāni samyag urohanti bhārata ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယန မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «မင်္ဂလာရှိသော အရှင်သည် မိုးကို သင့်တော်သော ရာသီအချိန်၌သာ ရွာသွန်းစေသကဲ့သို့ပင် ပာကရှာသန (အိန္ဒြာ) လည်း ထိုသို့ပင် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။ အချိန်မီ ရေမရွာသွန်းလျှင်၊ အို ဘာရတ၊ မြေ၌ စိုက်ပျိုးထားသော မျိုးစေ့တို့သည်ပင် မှန်ကန်စွာ မပေါက်ဖွားနိုင်ကြ»။
