तान्‌ प्रष्टकामान्‌ विज्ञाय पाण्डवान्‌ स तु लोमश: । उवाच वाक्‍यं वाक्यज्ञ: शृणुध्वं पाण्डुनन्दना:,लोमशजी ताड़ गये कि पाण्डवलोग उस श्वेत पर्वताकार वस्तुके विषयमें कुछ पूछना चाहते हैं, तब प्रवचनकी कला जाननेवाले उन महर्षिने कहा--*पाण्डवो! सुनो

Transliteration

tān praṣṭakāmān vijñāya pāṇḍavān sa tu lomaśaḥ | uvāca vākyaṃ vākyajñaḥ śṛṇudhvaṃ pāṇḍunandanāḥ ||

ပဏ္ဍဝတို့သည် ထိုအရာအကြောင်း မေးလိုကြသည်ကို သိမြင်သဖြင့်၊ စကားအလှအပနှင့် အဓိပ္ပါယ်တိကျစွာ ပြောဆိုတတ်သော ရှင်လောမရှာ မဟာရိသီက သူတို့အား မိန့်ကြားသည်—«ပဏ္ဍု၏ သားတို့၊ နားထောင်ကြလော့»
