कुन्ती-विलापः तथा गोविन्द-आश्वासनम्
Kuntī’s Lament and Govinda’s Consolation
ततो राजानमासाद्य धृतराष्ट्रं यशस्विनम् । स भीष्म पूजयामास वार्ष्णेयो वाग्भिरञ्जसा,तब वृष्णिनन्दन श्रीकृष्णने यशस्वी राजा धृतराष्ट्रसे मिलकर अपने उत्तम वचनोंद्वारा भीष्मजीका आदर किया
tato rājānam āsādya dhṛtarāṣṭraṃ yaśasvinam | sa bhīṣmaṃ pūjayāmāsa vārṣṇeyo vāgbhir añjasā ||
ထို့နောက် ဝါရ္ဏ္ဏေယ (သီရိကృష్ణ) သည် ဂုဏ်သတင်းကြီးသော မင်းဓృతရာෂ္ဌရ ကို ချဉ်းကပ်ပြီး၊ ဘီष္မ ကို သင့်လျော်၍ မြင့်မြတ်သော စကားများဖြင့် ရိုးရိုးသားသား ဂုဏ်ပြုလေ၏။ ဤမြင်ကွင်းသည် စစ်မိုးတိမ်တက်လာသော်လည်း အကြီးအကဲတို့အား လေးစားကာ စကားကို သီလနှင့်ညီစွာ ပြောဆိုရမည့် သဘောတရားကို ထင်ရှားစေသည်။
