यथा पुरस्तात् सविता दृश्यते शुक्रमुच्चरन् । यथा च पश्चान्निर्मुक्तो ध्रुवं पर्येति रश्मिवान्
yathā purastāt savitā dṛśyate śukram uccaran | yathā ca paścān nirmukto dhruvaṃ paryeti raśmivān ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယန မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «အရှေ့ဘက်၌ နေမင်းသည် တောက်ပသော ရောင်ခြည်ကို ထုတ်လွှင့်ကာ ထွက်ပေါ်လာသည်ကို မြင်ရသကဲ့သို့၊ ထို့နောက် ရောင်ခြည်ဝန်းရံသော နေမင်းသည် အနောက်ဘက်သို့ တည်ငြိမ်စွာ လမ်းကြောင်းမလွဲဘဲ လှည့်လည်သွားသကဲ့သို့—ဤကိစ္စလည်း အစဉ်အလာတကျ မလွဲမသွေ သေချာစွာ ဆက်လက်ဖြစ်ပေါ်သွားမည်»။
