द्वेष्यो न साधुर्भवति न मेधावी न पण्डित: । प्रिये शुभानि कार्याणि द्वेष्पे पापानि चैव ह,जिससे द्वेष हो जाता है, वह न साधु, न विद्वान् और न बुद्धिमान् ही जान पड़ता है। प्रिय व्यक्ति (मित्र आदि)-के तो सभी कर्म शुभ ही प्रतीत होते हैं और शत्रुके सभी कार्य पापमय
Translation
မုန်းတီးခံရသူသည် သာဓုမဟုတ်၊ ပညာရှိမဟုတ်၊ ဉာဏ်ရည်မဟုတ်ဟု ထင်မြင်ရ၏။ ချစ်ခင်သူ၏ လုပ်ရပ်များသည် အားလုံးကောင်းမြတ်သကဲ့သို့ မြင်ရပြီး၊ ရန်သူ၏ လုပ်ရပ်များသည် အားလုံး အပြစ်မကင်းသကဲ့သို့ မြင်ရ၏။
