कर्ण चैव निहत्याजावभिषेक्ष्याम पाण्डवम् | हमलोग शकुनिसहित धृतराष्ट्रपुत्र दुर्योधनको तथा कर्णको भी युद्धमें मारकर पाण्डुनन्दन युधिष्ठिरका राज्याभिषेक करेंगे
karṇaṃ caiva nihatya ājau abhiṣekṣyāma pāṇḍavam | śakuni-sahitaṃ dhṛtarāṣṭra-putraṃ duryodhanaṃ tathā karṇaṃ ca yuddhe mārayitvā pāṇḍu-nandanaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram rājye ’bhiṣiñcayiṣyāmaḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယနက ပြောသည်– «စစ်ပွဲ၌ ကර්ဏကို သတ်ပြီးနောက် ပाण्डဝကို အဘိသေက ပြုမည်။ ထို့ပြင် ဓೃತရာഷ്ടရ၏သား ဒုရ്യೋಧနကိုလည်း ရှကುನိနှင့်အတူ—ကර්ဏကိုပါ—စစ်တွင် သတ်ပြီးနောက် ပाण्डု၏ချစ်သား ယုဓိષ્ઠိရကို နန်းတင်မည်»။
वैशम्पायन उवाच
