Sañjaya’s Envoy-Speech on Peace
कामाभि ध्या स्वशरीरं दुनोति यया प्रमुक्तो न करोति दुःखम् | यथेध्यमानस्य समिद्धतेजसो भूयो बलं॑ वर्धते पावकस्य
kāmābhidhyā svaśarīraṁ dunoti yayā pramukto na karoti duḥkham | yathedhyamānasya samiddhatejaso bhūyo balaṁ vardhate pāvakasya ||
စဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– «လိုချင်တပ်မက်ရာ အရာဝတ္ထုများကို စိတ်ထဲတွင် မကြာခဏ တွေးတောနေခြင်းက ကိုယ့်ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ကိုပင် ပင်ပန်းနွမ်းနယ်စေသည်။ သို့သော် ထိုတပ်မက်မှုမှ လွတ်မြောက်သွားသောအခါ လူသည် ဒုက္ခကို မဖန်တီးတော့။ မီးသည် လောင်စာဖြင့် အစာကျွေးခံရ၍ မီးရောင်တောက်ပလာသော် ပို၍ အားကောင်းလာသကဲ့သို့၊ တပ်မက်မှုလည်း လိုက်လျောပေးလေလေ ပို၍ အင်အားကြီးလာလေ ဖြစ်သည်»
