Sañjaya’s Envoy-Speech on Peace
स चेदेतां प्रतिपद्येत बुद्धि वृद्धो राजा सह पुत्रेण सूत । एवं रणे पाण्डवकोपदग्धा न नश्येयु: संजय धार्तराष्ट्रा:
sa ced etāṁ pratipadyeta buddhiṁ vṛddho rājā saha putreṇa sūta | evaṁ raṇe pāṇḍava-kopa-dagdhā na naśyeyuḥ sañjaya dhārtarāṣṭrāḥ ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– «ရထားမောင်းသူရေ၊ အသက်ကြီးသော ဘုရင်သည် သားနှင့်အတူ ဤအမြင်ကို အမှန်တကယ် လက်ခံယူနိုင်လျှင်၊ ဓೃತရာഷ്ടရ၏ သားများသည် စစ်မြေပြင်၌ ပाण्डဝတို့၏ ဒေါသမီးဖြင့် လောင်ကျွမ်း၍ မပျက်စီးကြလိမ့်မည်»။
