Shloka 22
अम्बोपाख्याने तापसानां विचारः तथा होत्रवाहनस्य उपदेशः
Ambā among ascetics; Hotravāhana directs her to Paraśurāma
त्वया त्यक्ता गमिष्यामि यत्र तत्र विशाम्पते । तत्र मे गतय: सन्तु सन्त: सत्यं यथा ध्रुवम्,“राजन! यदि मेरी कही बात निश्चितरूपसे सत्य हो तो तुमसे परित्यक्त होनेपर मैं जहाँ- जहाँ जाऊँ, वहाँ-वहाँ साधु पुरुष मुझे सहारा देनेवाले हों”
tvayā tyaktā gamiṣyāmi yatra tatra viśāmpate | tatra me gatayaḥ santu santaḥ satyaṃ yathā dhruvam ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်– “အို လူမျိုးတို့၏ အရှင်၊ ငါပြောသောစကားသည် အမှန်တကယ် မလွဲမသွေ ဖြစ်ပါက၊ သင်က ငါ့ကို ပစ်ပယ်ပြီး ငါသည် မည်သို့ရာသို့မဆို သွားရမည်ဖြစ်သော်၊ ထိုနေရာတိုင်း၌ သဒ္ဓါရှိသော သုတေသနသူတို့က ငါ့ကို ထောက်မပေးကြပါစေ—အမှန်တရားသည် မတုန်မလှုပ် တည်ကြည်သကဲ့သို့ပင်။”
