Bhīṣma’s Appraisal of Kaurava Champions (भीष्मकृतः रथिनां गुणनिरूपणम्)
संयन्तार: प्रहर्तार: कृतास्त्रा भारसाधना: । इष्वस्त्रे द्रोणशिष्याश्व॒ कृपस्य च शरद्वतः
saṁyantāraḥ prahartāraḥ kṛtāstrā bhārasādhanāḥ | iṣvastre droṇaśiṣyāś ca kṛpasya ca śaradvatāḥ ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်– «သင်တို့သည် ရထားမောင်းနှင်ရာတွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ စစ်ပွဲတွင် ထိုးနှက်တိုက်ခိုက်ရာတွင်လည်းကောင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်ကြသည်။ လက်နက်ပညာကို လေ့ကျင့်ပြီး၊ အလေးအနက်သော တာဝန်များကို ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ကြသည်။ မြားနှင့်လေးပညာတွင်တော့ သင်တို့သည် ဒ్రோဏာ၏ ထိုက်တန်သော တပည့်များဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့၊ ကೃပ သာရဒ္ဝတ၏ တပည့်ကောင်းများလည်း ဖြစ်ကြသည်»။
