Sāma–Bheda–Daṇḍa
वदान्य: सत्यसंधश्च सर्वभूतहिते रत: । वर्तमान: पितु: शास्त्रे ब्राह्मणानां तथैव च,*वे उदार, सत्यप्रतिज्ञ और समस्त प्राणियोंके हितमें तत्पर रहनेवाले थे। पिता तथा ब्राह्मणोंके आदेशके अनुसार चलते थे
vadānyaḥ satyasaṃdhaś ca sarvabhūtahite rataḥ | vartamānaḥ pituḥ śāstre brāhmaṇānāṃ tathaiva ca ||
ဝါယုက ပြောသည်– «သူသည် လက်ဖွင့်ရက်ရောသူ၊ သစ္စာကို မပြောင်းမလဲ ထိန်းသိမ်းသူ၊ သတ္တဝါအားလုံး၏ အကျိုးချမ်းသာအတွက် အမြဲတမ်း အားထုတ်သူဖြစ်သည်။ ဖခင်၏ အမိန့်ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်း နေထိုင်ပြီး၊ ထိုနည်းတူပင် ဗြာဟ္မဏတို့၏ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များကိုလည်း လိုက်နာခဲ့သည်»။
