भीष्मस्य दुर्योधनं प्रति कुलहितोपदेशः | Bhīṣma’s Counsel to Duryodhana on Dynastic Welfare

कृतार्था: सुभृता ये लक व वस्थिता कृत्यकाले हाुपस्थिते । अनवेक्ष्य कृतं पापा न्त्यनवस्थिता:

kṛtārthāḥ subhṛtā ye lakṣaṇavāsthitā kṛtyakāle hy upasthite | anavekṣya kṛtaṃ pāpā nty anavasthitāḥ ||

ကာဏ္ဏက ပြောသည်—“အောင်မြင်ပြီး ကောင်းစွာ ထောက်ပံ့ခံရသူ၊ သင့်လျော်သော အကျင့်စည်းကမ်းဖြင့် တည်ကြည်သူတို့သည် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့် အချိန်ရောက်လာသော် မလှုပ်မယှက် မယိမ်းယိုင်ကြ။ သို့ရာတွင် အပြစ်ရှိ၍ စိတ်မတည်ငြိမ်သူတို့သည် ပြုခဲ့သမျှနှင့် မှန်ကန်မှုကို မကြည့်ဘဲ လုပ်တတ်ကြပြီး တည်ကြည်မှုမရှိသဖြင့် အလျင်အမြန် မိုက်မဲမှုထဲသို့ ကျရောက်ကြသည်။”
