जानासि मे जीवपुत्रि भावं नित्यमविग्रहे । क्रोशतो न च गृह्नीते वचनं मे सुयोधन:

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

janāsi me jīvaputri bhāvaṃ nityam avigrahe |

krośato na ca gṛhṇīte vacanaṃ me suyodhanaḥ ||

ဝৈရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်—“အသက်ရှင်သော သားများကို မွေးဖွားပေးသော မိခင်မဟာဒေဝီ၊ ကုရုနှင့် ပाण्डဝတို့အကြား စစ်မဖြစ်စေရန် ငါ၏ ဆန္ဒသည် အစဉ်အမြဲ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးပင် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သင် သိပြီးသားဖြစ်သည်။ ငါသည် ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ အော်ဟစ်ပြောဆိုခဲ့သော်လည်း စုယောဓန (ဒုရယောဓန) သည် ငါ၏ အကြံဉာဏ်ကို မလက်ခံပါ” ဟု။
