उद्योगपर्व (अध्याय १२९) — केशवस्य वैभवप्रदर्शनम् / Krishna’s Theophanic Display in the Kuru Assembly
ग्रहीतुकामो विक्रम्य सर्वयत्नेन माधवम् । ग्रहीतुं नाशकच्चैन त॑ त्वं प्रार्थथसे बलात्,वह पराक्रम करके सभी उपायोंसे श्रीकृष्णको पकड़ना चाहता था, परंतु इन्हें कभी पकड़ न सका। उन्हीं श्रीकृष्णको तुम बलपूर्वक अपने वशमें करना चाहते हो!
grahītukāmo vikramya sarvayatnena mādhavam | grahītuṃ nāśakac cainaṃ taṃ tvaṃ prārthathase balāt ||
ဝိဒုရက ပြောသည်— «သူသည် မာဓဝ (သီရိကృష్ణ) ကို ဖမ်းယူလို၍ သတ္တိအပြည့်နှင့် နည်းလမ်းအားလုံးကို သုံးခဲ့သော်လည်း မည်သည့်အခါမျှ မဖမ်းနိုင်ခဲ့။ သို့ရာတွင် သင်ကတော့ ယခု ထိုကൃഷ്ണကို အင်အားဖြင့် ကိုယ့်အာဏာအောက်သို့ ဆွဲချလိုသလော?»
