ऑपनआक्ाा बछ। अर ग>र्योधिकशततमो< ध्याय: नागलोकके नागोंका वर्णन और मातलिका नागकुमार सुमुखके साथ अपनी कन्याको ब्याहनेका निश्चय नारद उवाच इयं भोगवती नाम पुरी वासुकिपालिता । यादृशी देवराजस्य पुरीवर्यामरावती

Transliteration

Nārada uvāca: iyaṃ Bhogavatī nāma purī Vāsuki-pālitā | yādṛśī deva-rājasya purī-varyā Amarāvatī ||

Translation

နာရဒ မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «မာတလိ၊ ဤသည်မှာ ဝါစုကိ (Vāsuki) နာဂရာဇာက ကာကွယ်အုပ်ချုပ်သော ဘောဂဝတီ (Bhogavatī) ဟူသော မြို့တော်ဖြစ်၏။ ၎င်းသည် ဒေဝရာဇ အိန္ဒြ (Indra) ၏ အထွတ်အမြတ် မြို့တော် အမရာဝတီ (Amarāvatī) ကဲ့သို့ပင် တင့်တယ်စည်းစိမ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ၏»။
