Rules for Dharmic Victory in Kṣatriya Engagement
मम धर्मबलिं दत्त किं वा मां प्रतिपत्स्थथ । ते चेत् तमागतं तत्र वृणुयु: कुशलं भवेत्
mama dharmabaliṁ datta kiṁ vā māṁ pratipatsthatha | te cet tam āgataṁ tatra vṛṇuyuḥ kuśalaṁ bhavet ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်— «ဓမ္မအရ ပေးရမည့် အခွန်အတိုးကို ငါ့အား ဆက်သွင်းလော့၊ မဟုတ်လျှင် ငါ့ကို စစ်ဖြင့် တားဆီးတော်မူလော့။ ငါ ထိုပြည်သို့ ရောက်လာသောအခါ ပြည်သူတို့က ထိုရောက်လာသော မင်းကို မိမိတို့၏ အရှင်အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်လက်ခံကြလျှင် အားလုံးအတွက် ကောင်းကျိုးနှင့် စည်းကမ်းတည်ငြိမ်မှု ပေါ်ပေါက်မည်»။
