Book 12, Chapter 93 — Vāmadeva’s Counsel to King Vasumanā on Dharmic Kingship (धर्मप्रधान-राजधर्मोपदेशः)
राजा वसुमना नाम ज्ञानवान् धृतिमान् शुचि: । महर्षि परिपप्रच्छ वामदेवं तपस्विनम्
rājā vasumanā nāma jñānavān dhṛtimān śuciḥ | maharṣiṃ paripapraccha vāmadevaṃ tapasvinam ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– ဗသုမာနသ ဟူသော မင်းတစ်ပါးရှိ၏။ ပညာရှိ၍ စိတ်ဓာတ်ခိုင်မာကာ အကျင့်အကြံ သန့်ရှင်းသူဖြစ်၏။ ဓမ္မတရားနှင့်ညီသော အသက်ရှင်ပုံကို ထင်ရှားစွာသိလိုသဖြင့် တပဿီကြီး မဟာရိရှီ ဝါမဒေဝအား လေးစားစွာ မေးမြန်း하였다။
