दुर्व्याह्वताच्छड्कमानो दुष्कृताद्‌ दुरधिषछितात्‌ | दुरासिताद्‌ दुर्वजितादिल्धितादड्रचेष्टितात्‌

Transliteration

durvyāhṛtāc chaḍkamāno duṣkṛtād duradhiṣṭhitāt | durāsitād durvajitād īḍhitād duṣceṣṭitāt ||

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်— မသင့်လျော်သော စကားတစ်ခွန်း မိမိပါးစပ်မှ လွတ်ထွက်မသွားစေရန်၊ မမှန်ကန်သော အလုပ်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ မဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရန် အမြဲသတိထားရမည်။ ထရပ်ရာ၊ ထိုင်ရာ၊ လမ်းလျှောက်ရာ၊ လက်ဟန်ခြေဟန် ပြရာ၊ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ လှုပ်ရှားရာတို့တွင် မရိုသေမှု သို့မဟုတ် မသင့်တော်မှု မဖြစ်စေရန် အစဉ်အမြဲ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် စောင့်ကြည့်ရမည်။ ဤသို့ မပြတ်မလပ် သတိထားခြင်းသည် တရားသဖြင့် နေထိုင်မှု၏ ကာကွယ်ရေး ဖြစ်သည်။
