आत्मानमेव जानाति निकृतं बान्धवैरपि । तेषु सन्ति गुणाश्रैव नैर्गुण्यं चैव लक्ष्यते

Transliteration

ātmānam eva jānāti nikṛtaṃ bāndhavair api | teṣu santi guṇāś caiva nairguṇyaṃ caiva lakṣyate ||

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «လူတစ်ယောက်သည် မိမိ၏ အရှက်ခွဲခံရမှုကို၊ ဆွေမျိုးများကပင် ပြုလုပ်သော်လည်း သိမြင်တတ်သည်။ ဆွေမျိုးအုပ်စုအတွင်း၌ ကောင်းမြတ်သော အရည်အချင်းများလည်း ရှိသကဲ့သို့ ချို့ယွင်းချက်များလည်း ထင်ရှားစွာ တွေ့ရသည်»။
