दण्डनीरत्यां यदा राजा सम्यक् कार्त्स्न्येन वर्तते । तदा कृतयुगं नाम कालसूृष्टं प्रवर्तते
Translation
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်ကြားသည်— မင်းသည် ဒဏ္ဍနီတိကို အပြည့်အဝ၊ အစိတ်အပိုင်းမကျန်ဘဲ မှန်ကန်စွာ ကျင့်သုံးသောအခါ၊ ထိုအခါ ကာလ၏ စီမံဖန်တီးမှုအဖြစ် ‘ကృతယုဂ’ (စတျယုဂ) ဟူသော ယုဂကာလသည် လောက၌ စတင်လည်ပတ်လာသည်။
