राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
एवं पृष्टो महाप्राज्ञ: कौसल्येनामितौजसा । राजसत्कारमव्यग्रं शशंसास्मै बृहस्पति:
evaṁ pṛṣṭo mahāprājñaḥ kauśalyenāmitaujasā | rājasatkāram avyagraṁ śaśaṁsāsmai bṛhaspatiḥ ||
ဤသို့ မေးမြန်းခံရသော အလွန်ပညာရှိ၍ အင်အားမတိုင်းတာနိုင်သော ကောသလျ (Kauśalya) ထံသို့ ဗြဟ္စပတိ (Bṛhaspati) သည် စိတ်မလှုပ်ရှားဘဲ တည်ငြိမ်သက်သာစွာ၊ မင်းအတွက် သင့်လျော်သော ရာဇဂုဏ်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် ကြိုဆိုဧည့်ခံခြင်း၏ နည်းလမ်းကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြား하였다။ ဤအခန်းကဏ္ဍသည် မင်းအုပ်ချုပ်မှုကို အလှပြအဖြစ်မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ ဓမ္မညွှန်ကြားသည့် သတိပြုလေးစားသော ဧည့်ဝတ်ပြုမှု၏ စည်းကမ်းတစ်ရပ်အဖြစ် ထင်ရှားစေသည်။
