राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
नास्यापवादे स्थातव्यं दक्षेणाक्लिष्टकर्मणा । धर्म्यमाकांक्षता लोकमी श्वरस्पानसूयता
nāsyāpavāde sthātavyaṃ dakṣeṇākliṣṭa-karmaṇā | dharmyām ākāṅkṣatā lokaṃ īśvaras tv anasūyatā ||
ဝသုမာနာက ဆိုသည်—“အပြစ်တင်ခြင်း၊ အပြစ်ရှာခြင်း၌ မရပ်တည်သင့်။ စွမ်းရည်ရှိ၍ လုပ်ရပ်များ သန့်ရှင်းကာ မနှောင့်ယှက်ဘဲ ပြီးမြောက်သူသည် ဓမ္မတရားနှင့်ညီသော လောကကို မျှော်မှန်းသင့်၏။ ထို့ပြင် အရှင်ဘုရားအပေါ် မနာလိုခြင်းနှင့် အပြစ်တင်ဝေဖန်ခြင်းကင်းစင်ရမည်” ဟူ၍။
