राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
विवृत्य हि यथाकामं गृहद्वाराणि शेरते । मनुष्या रक्षिता राज्ञा समन््तादकुतो भया:,राजासे रक्षित हुए मनुष्य सब ओरसे निर्भय हो जाते हैं और अपनी इच्छाके अनुसार घरके दरवाजे खोलकर सोते हैं
vivṛtya hi yathākāmaṁ gṛha-dvārāṇi śerate | manuṣyā rakṣitā rājñā samantād akuto-bhayāḥ ||
မင်းတော်က မှန်ကန်စွာ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ပေးလျှင် လူတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်မှ ကြောက်ရွံ့ခြင်းကင်းမဲ့လာကြသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် မိမိစိတ်ကြိုက် အိမ်တံခါးများကို ဖွင့်ထားလျက်ပင် အေးချမ်းစွာ အိပ်စက်နိုင်ကြသည်—အုပ်ချုပ်သူ၏ အဓိကတာဝန်မှာ မလုံခြုံမှုကို ဖယ်ရှား၍ အများပြည်သူ၏ စည်းကမ်းတကျ အစီအစဉ်ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို ပြသသည်။
