यन्त्राणि विविधान्येव क्रियास्तेषां च वर्णिता: । अवमर्द: प्रतीघात: केतनानां च भज्जनम्‌

Transliteration

yantrāṇi vividhāny eva kriyās teṣāṃ ca varṇitāḥ | avamardaḥ pratīghātaḥ ketanānāṃ ca bhajjanam ||

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «စစ်ရေးယန္တရား အမျိုးမျိုးတို့ကို ထိုကျမ်း၌ ဖော်ပြထားပြီး၊ ၎င်းတို့ကို မည်သို့ အသုံးချရမည်ကိုလည်း ရှင်းလင်းထားသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ရန်သူ၏ နိုင်ငံကို ဖိနှိပ်ချေမှုန်းခြင်း၊ သူ၏ တပ်ဖွဲ့များကို ထိုးနှက်ချေမှုန်းခြင်း၊ နှင့် သူတို့၏ စခန်းချရာ နေရာများကို ဖျက်ဆီးပစ်ခြင်းတို့ကိုလည်း ထိုနေရာ၌ ဆိုထားသည်»။
