दानपात्रापात्र-निर्णयः / Determining Worthy Gifts, Recipients, and Permissible Food
पाण्डुरेण च माल्येन पताकाभिश्न मेदिनी । संस्कृतो राजमार्गो5 भूद्धूपनैश्व प्रधूषित:
pāṇḍureṇa ca mālyena patākābhiś ca medinī | saṃskṛto rājamārgo ’bhūd dhūpanaiś ca pradhūṣitaḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယန မိန့်တော်မူသည်– မြို့၏မြေပြင်သည် ဖြူဖျော့သော ပန်းကုံးများနှင့် အလံပန်းတိုင်များဖြင့် အလှတရားအံ့ဩဖွယ် တောက်ပလင်းလက်နေ하였다။ မင်းလမ်းမကြီးကို သေချာစွာ လှည်းသုတ်သန့်စင်၍ ပြင်ဆင်ထားပြီး၊ ထို့အပြင် နံ့သာမီးခိုးကို ဖြန့်ကျက်ကာ မွှေးရနံ့ဖြင့် ပြည့်နှက်စေ하였다—ဤသည်မှာ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစနစ်တကျရှိခြင်းနှင့် ဂုဏ်ပြုကြိုဆိုခြင်း၏ အပြင်ပန်းလက္ခဏာဖြစ်ပြီး၊ သာမန်ပြည်သူ့နေရာကို သန့်စင်လှပစေခြင်းသည် ဓမ္မနှင့် မြို့ပြအကျင့်သဘောတရားနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသည်။
