Transliteration

janamejaya uvāca | astauṣīd yair imaṃ vyāsaḥ saśiṣyo madhusūdanam | nāmabhir vividhais teṣāṃ nirukte bhagavan mama |

Translation

ဇနမေဇယ မေးလျှောက်သည်– «အရှင်မြတ်ဘုရား၊ မဟာရိရှီ ဗျာသသည် တပည့်များနှင့်အတူ မဓုသူဒနကို နာမအမျိုးမျိုးဖြင့် ချီးမွမ်းခဲ့ရာ ထိုနာမတို့၏ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်နှင့် အရင်းအမြစ် (ဗျုတ్పတ္တိ) ကို ကျွန်ုပ်အား မိန့်ကြားပေးတော်မူပါ။ ပရဇာပတိတို့၏ အရှင်ဖြစ်သော ဟရီဘုရား၏ နာမများကို ရှင်းလင်းဖော်ပြခြင်းကို ကျွန်ုပ် ကြားလိုပါသည်။ ထိုနာမများကို ကြားရုံဖြင့်ပင် ကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆောင်းဦးလ၏ လမင်းကဲ့သို့ သန့်ရှင်းကြည်လင်၍ ပူဇော်ထိုက်သူ ဖြစ်လာမည်»။
