Haṃsa–Sādhya Saṃvāda: Satya, Dama, Kṣamā and the Discipline of Speech
स्नेहजानिह ते पाशान् वक्ष्यामि शृणु तान् मम । सकर्णकेन शिरसा शक्या: श्रोतुं विजानता
snehajān iha te pāśān vakṣyāmi śṛṇu tān mama | sa-karṇakena śirasā śakyāḥ śrotuṁ vijānatā ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– ချစ်ခင်မှုမှ ပေါ်လာသော ချည်နှောင်မှုများကို ငါ ပြောပြမည်၊ ငါ့ထံမှ နားထောင်လော့။ စိတ်အာရုံစိုက်၍ နားကြားသိမြင်နိုင်သော ပညာရှိသာ ထိုသို့သော အကြံဉာဏ်ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ နားထောင်၍ နားလည်နိုင်၏။
