उपसूष्टेषु दान्तेषु दुराचारेषु साधुषु । अविनीतेषु लुब्धेषु सुमहद् दण्डधारणम्
upasūṣṭeṣu dānteṣu durācāreṣu sādhuṣu | avinīteṣu lubdheṣu sumahad daṇḍadhāraṇam ||
နာရဒက ဆိုသည်– ကိုယ်ကိုယ်တိုင်ကို ထိန်းနိုင်သူတို့ကို နှောင့်ယှက်၍ သာဓုကောင်းမြတ်သူတို့အပေါ် ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်ကာ၊ မယဉ်ကျေးသူနှင့် လောဘကြီးသူတို့က အာဏာလွှမ်းမိုးနေသည့်နေရာတွင်၊ ထိုသူတို့အပေါ် အလွန်ပြင်းထန်သော ဒဏ်ခတ်မှုများ ချမှတ်နေသော်လည်း—အဲဒီနိုင်ငံတွင် မစဉ်းစားမနေနှင့်ဟု မဆိုနိုင်၊ သေချာစွာ စဉ်းစားပြီးမှသာ နေထိုင်သင့်သည်။
