तरड्राड़कितकेशाय मुज्जकेशाय वै नमः । नम: षट्कर्मतुष्टाय त्रिकर्मनिरताय च

taraḍrāḍakitakeśāya mujjakeśāya vai namaḥ | namaḥ ṣaṭkarmatūṣṭāya trikarmaniratāya ca

ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်ဆိုသည်—ဆံပင်ကြမ်းတမ်း၍ အုပ်စုလိုက်ကပ်နေသူ၊ ဆံထုံးရှုပ်ထွေးကာ မတ်တပ်ရပ်နေသူအား နမস্কာရ။ ခြောက်ပါးသော ကర్తव्य (ကမ္မ) များဖြင့် စိတ်ကျေနပ်သူ၊ သုံးပါးသော ကမ္မများတွင်လည်း တည်ကြည်စွာ ပါဝင်နေသူအား နမস্কာရ။
