कथमेष महाप्राज्ञ ज्वरः प्रादुर्बभी कुतः । ज्वरोत्पत्तिं निपुणत: श्रोतुमिच्छाम्यहं प्रभो,महामते! प्रभो! यह ज्वर कैसे और कहाँसे उत्पन्न हुआ? मैं ज्वरकी उत्पत्तिका प्रसंग भलीभाँति सुनना चाहता हूँ
Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: katham eṣa mahāprājña jvaraḥ prādurbabhūva kutaḥ | jvarotpattiṁ nipuṇataḥ śrotum icchāmy ahaṁ prabho, mahāmate ||
ယုဓိဋ္ဌိရက ပြောသည်– «အလွန်ပညာကြီးသော အရှင်တော်၊ ဤဖျားနာခြင်း (ဇွရ) သည် မည်သို့ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသနည်း၊ မည်သည့်နေရာမှ ထွက်ပေါ်လာသနည်း။ အရှင်တော်၊ မြင့်မြတ်သော စိတ်ထားရှိသူ၊ ဖျားနာခြင်း၏ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပုံကို အသေးစိတ် တိတိကျကျ နားထောင်လိုပါသည်»။
