Śreyas-nirdeśa (Discerning the Superior Good): Nārada–Gālava Saṃvāda

भीष्म उवाच पुत्रस्यैतद्‌ वच: श्रुत्वा तथाकार्षीत्‌ पिता नृप । तथा त्वमपि वर्तस्व सत्यधर्मपरायण:

bhīṣma uvāca putrasyaitad vacaḥ śrutvā tathākārṣīt pitā nṛpa | tathā tvam api vartasva satyadharmaparāyaṇaḥ ||

ဘီṣ္မက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «အို မင်းကြီး၊ သား၏ ဤစကားကို ကြားပြီးနောက် ဖခင်သည် ပြောသမျှအတိုင်း တိတိကျကျ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ ထိုနည်းတူ သင်လည်း သစ္စာနှင့် ဓမ္မကို အားထား၍ ထိုသို့ပင် အပြုအမူကို ဆောင်ရွက်လော့»။
