भीष्म उवाच अत्र ते वर्तयिष्यामि नारदेनानुकीर्तितम्‌ । उज्छवृत्ते: पुरावृत्तं यज्ञार्थे ब्राह्मणस्य च

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | atra te vartayiṣyāmi nāradenānukīrtitam | ucchavṛtteḥ purāvṛttaṃ yajñārthe brāhmaṇasya ca ||

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက ပြော၏— «ယုဓိဋ္ဌိရ၊ ဤနေရာတွင် နာရဒက ငါ့အား ပြန်လည်ဖော်ပြခဲ့သော ရှေးဟောင်းအဖြစ်အပျက်တစ်ရပ်ကို ငါ သင့်အား ပြောပြမည်။ ၎င်းသည် ဥစ္စာကျန်ရစ်သည့်အရာများကိုသာ အားထား၍ အသက်မွေးသော (ဥစ္ဆဝြတ္တိ) ဗြာဟ္မဏတစ်ဦးနှင့်၊ ယဇ္ဉနှင့် ၎င်း၏ ဓမ္မအဓိပ္ပါယ်တို့အကြောင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုရှေးပုံပြင်ကို ယခု သင့်အား ငါ ရှင်းပြမည်»။
