परिव्राजक-आचारः (Conduct of the Wandering Renunciant) — Mahābhārata, Śānti-parva 269
आगमाश्च यथाकाले संकल्पाश्न यथाक्रमम् । अपेतकामक्रोधानां दुश्चराचारकर्मणाम्
āgamāś ca yathākāle saṅkalpāś ca yathākramam | apetakāmakrodhānāṃ duścarācārakarmaṇām ||
ကပိလက ပြောသည်— «အချိန်တန်သော် သမ္မာကျမ်းပညာအမြင်သည် သူတို့အတွင်း ပေါ်ထွန်းလာပြီး အစဉ်လိုက် အမှန်တရားအပေါ် သန္နိဋ္ဌာန်သည် ရင့်ကျက်လာသည်။ ဆန္ဒနှင့် ဒေါသကို စွန့်ပစ်ပြီးနောက် သူတို့၏ အကျင့်အကြံနှင့် စည်းကမ်းတို့သည် အလွန်တင်းကျပ်သဖြင့် အခြားသူများအတွက် လိုက်နာရန် အလွန်ခက်ခဲလေသည်»။
