Educational Q&A

Practice the duties and disciplines appropriate to your own āśrama; by such faithful observance the scriptural teaching is validated in life, and its promised attainment becomes directly evident through firm scriptural conviction.

In the Śānti Parva’s instructional dialogue, Kapila is explaining a principle of right conduct: spiritual progress is not one-size-fits-all but depends on correctly following the dharma prescribed for one’s life-stage, which makes the truth of the tradition experientially manifest.
