Kapila and Syūmaraśmi on Renunciation, Householder Support, and Epistemic Authority
नानुरुद्धये निरुध्ये वा न द्वेष्मि न च कामये । समोऊ हं सर्वभूतेषु पश्य मे जाजले व्रतम् । तुला मे सर्वभूतेषु समा तिष्तति जाजले
nānuruddhaye niruddhye vā na dveṣmi na ca kāmaye | samo ’haṁ sarvabhūteṣu paśya me jājale vratam | tulā me sarvabhūteṣu samā tiṣṭhati jājale ||
တူလာဓာရက ပြောသည်— «ငါသည် မည်သူ့ကိုမျှ တောင်းပန်မနေသလို မည်သူ့ကိုမျှ တားဆီးဆန့်ကျင်လည်း မလုပ်။ မုန်းတီးခြင်းမရှိ၊ လိုချင်တပ်မက်ခြင်းလည်း မရှိ။ သတ္တဝါအားလုံးအပေါ် ငါသည် တန်းတူသဘောထားရှိသည်။ အို ဇာဇလီ၊ ဤသည်ပင် ငါ၏ ဝရတ (သစ္စာကတိ) နှင့် စည်းကမ်းဖြစ်သည်—ကြည့်လော့။ မုနိ၊ ငါ၏ ‘ချိန်ခွင်’ သည် သတ္တဝါအားလုံးအတွက် တန်းတူဖြစ်၍ အားလုံးကို တစ်မျိုးတည်းသော စံနှုန်းဖြင့် ချိန်တတ်သည်»။
