Yoga-kṛtya (योककृत्य) — Vyāsa on Sense-Restraint, Obstacles, and Brahman-Realization
अकाल - अर्थात् संध्या और संध्याशोंसहित त्रेतायुग छत्तीस सौ वर्षोका
vyāsa uvāca | brahma tejo-mayaṁ śukraṁ yasya sarvam idaṁ jagat | ekasya brahma-bhūtasya dṛśyaṁ sthāvara-jaṅgamam ||
ဗျာသက မိန့်ကြားသည်—ဗြဟ္မန်သည် သန့်ရှင်း၍ တောက်ပလင်းလက်သော အလင်းတရားဖြစ်၏။ ထိုအရာမှပင် ဤလောကတစ်ခုလုံး ဖွဲ့စည်းလာသည်။ ဗြဟ္မန်ဖြစ်လာသော တစ်ပါးတည်းသော အမှန်တရားမှ၊ လှုပ်ရှားသည့်အရာနှင့် မလှုပ်ရှားသည့်အရာ—လောက၌ မြင်နိုင်သမျှ အရာအားလုံး—ပေါ်ထွန်းလာသည်။
