Adhyāya 2: Nārada’s Disclosure—Karṇa’s Training and the Brahmin’s Curse (Śānti-parva)
गुहामेतत् तु देवानां कथयिष्यामि तेडनघ । तन्निबोध महाबाहो यथा वृत्तमिदं पुरा
guhāmetat tu devānāṁ kathayiṣyāmi te 'nagha | tan nibodha mahābāho yathā vṛttam idaṁ purā ||
နာရဒက ပြောသည်– «အပြစ်ကင်းသူရေ၊ ဤသည်မှာ နတ်တို့၏ လျှို့ဝှက်ကိစ္စဖြစ်၍ သင့်အား ငါပြောမည်။ မဟာဘားဟုရေ၊ ရှေးကာလ၌ ဖြစ်ပျက်ခဲ့သမျှကို အတိအကျ သိရှိရန် သေချာစွာ နားထောင်လော့»။
