अध्याय १७८ — प्राणवायुगतिः तथा शारीराग्निव्यवस्था
Adhyāya 178 — The courses of prāṇa-vāyu and the regulation of the bodily fire
तयो: सम्प्राप्तयोरुष्ट: स्कन्धदेशममर्षण: । उत्थायोत्क्षिप्प तौ दम्यौ प्रससार महाजव:
tayōḥ samprāptayōruṣṭaḥ skandhadēśam amarṣaṇaḥ | utthāyōtkṣipya tau damyau prasasāra mahājavaḥ ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်။ နွားကလေးနှစ်ကောင်သည် ကုလားအုတ်၏ လည်ပင်းနှင့် ပခုံးအနီးသို့ ရောက်လာသောအခါ၊ ကုလားအုတ်သည် မခံနိုင်တော့ပေ။ ဒေါသထွက်ကာ ထရပ်ပြီး နွားကလေးနှစ်ကောင်ကို မြှောက်တင်လျက် အရှိန်အဟုန်ကြီးစွာဖြင့် ပြေးထွက်သွား၏—မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သော စိတ်ဆိုးခြင်းသည် အားနည်းသူတို့အပေါ် ရုတ်တရက် ပြင်းထန်သော အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ကြောင်းကို ပြသသကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၏။
