कपोत-लुब्धकसंवादः — Hunter’s Remorse and Renunciatory Resolve

न धर्मवचन वाचा नैव बुद्धयेति नः श्रुतम्‌ । इति बार्हस्पतं ज्ञानं प्रोवाच मघवा स्वयम्‌

Transliteration

na dharmavacana-vācā naiva buddhayeti naḥ śrutam | iti bārhaspataṃ jñānaṃ provāca maghavā svayam ||

Translation

ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်—ဓမ္မကို စကားလုံးအလှအပဖြင့်သာလည်း မဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်၊ ဉာဏ် (ယုတ္တိ) တစ်ခုတည်းဖြင့်သာလည်း မဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ဟု ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကြားသိထားသည်။ ဤသည်မှာ ဗြဟ္စပတိ၏ သင်ကြားချက်ဖြစ်ပြီး—śāstra ၏ သက်သေတော်နှင့် အကြောင်းပြချက်ဖြင့် စိစစ်ခြင်းတို့ကို ပေါင်းစည်း၍ ဓမ္မကို ဆုံးဖြတ်ရသည်ဟု မဃဝါ (အိန္ဒြ) ကိုယ်တိုင် ကြေညာခဲ့သည်။
