आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)
परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तश्न स सम्यगुपपादयेत् । देशकालावभिप्रेतो ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात्
parīkṣyakārī yuktaśna sa samyag upapādayet | deśakālāv abhipreto tābhyāṃ phalam avāpnuyāt ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်– စိစစ်သုံးသပ်ပြီးမှ လုပ်ဆောင်သူ၊ အကျင့်စည်းကမ်းရှိ၍ အမြဲသတိရှိသူသည် မိမိလုပ်ငန်းကို မှန်ကန်သည့်နည်းဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်သင့်၏။ လိုလားသည့် နေရာနှင့် အချိန်ကို ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားကာ နှစ်ပါးလုံးကို သင့်တော်စွာ အသုံးချလျှင်၊ ထိုနှစ်ပါး၏ အထောက်အကူဖြင့် မိမိလိုချင်သော အကျိုးကို ရရှိနိုင်၏။
