अमित्रा एव राजानं भेदेनोपचरन्त्युत । तां राजा निकृतिं जानन्‌ यथामित्रान्‌ प्रबाधते

Transliteration

amitrā eva rājānaṃ bhedenopacaranti ca | tāṃ rājā nikṛtiṃ jñātvā yathāmitrān prabādhate ||

Translation

ဘိဿမက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– မိတ်ဆွေမဟုတ်သောသူများ၊ အမှန်တကယ်တော့ လျှို့ဝှက်ရန်သူများသည် အပြင်ပန်းအားဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပြုသကဲ့သို့ နီးကပ်လာပြီး၊ အတွင်းဝိုင်းအကြား အကွဲအပြား ဖြစ်စေရန် ခွဲခြားကွဲပြားမှုကို လုပ်ဆောင်ကြသည်။ မင်းသည် ထိုလှည့်စားမှုကို သိမြင်လျက်၊ ထင်ရှားသော ရန်သူကို နှိမ်နင်းသကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကိုလည်း တားဆီးနှိမ်နင်းရမည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား ဓမ္မတရားဖြင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရာတွင် လျှို့ဝှက်ရန်သူ၏ အန္တရာယ်သည် အထူးကြီးမားလှသည်။
